The power plant museum shows the use of water power - in particular how mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy. The Museum Society and AEW Energie AG refurbished the museum complex with substantial efforts and a lot of legwork by the club members.

The museum can be booked for free guided tours for groups. You get an exciting insight into how power was produced in the past, as the plant is still running and supplying energy today. In addition to the mechanical exhibition, the museum offers a multi-purpose hall for 60 people.
